Closed loop blockchain gateway system
Exemplary embodiments described herein include a closed loop gateway. The closed-loop gateway comprises a block chain system for tracking exchanges between users of the closed-loop gateway. The closed-loop gateway permits the exchanges to be tracked from an original source through subsequent users to permit the original source to impose conditions, restrictions, and rules on the subsequent exchanges.
1 . A computer-implemented method for establishing a closed loop transactional exchange blockchain, comprising:
by a hardware processor coupled to a network and in communication with one or more storage servers and cryptographic key pair server, payment server, storage server, and other servers, wherein a closed loop transactional exchange blockchain is distributed across the one or more storage servers and cryptographic key pair server, payment server, storage server, and other servers, the hardware processor configured to electronically:
generate a merchant access right token defining resale limits on resale of one or more salable merchant products, wherein the resale limits include a predetermined profit sharing percentage that allocates a portion of any resale profit above an initial sale price to a merchant, wherein the hardware processor is further configured to establish a unique merchant blockchain configured as a child-chain of a parent blockchain, wherein the merchant access right token is recorded on the unique merchant blockchain;
receive from the cryptographic key pair server responsive to a first user request, a private key token for a private key;
identify one or more user account tokens and access right tokens of one or more user child blocks that correspond to the private key;
receive, subject to the resale limits, a first user payment via the payment server, by forging user and merchant payment child blocks identifying the payment and corresponding to identified one or more user account tokens, wherein the merchant payment child blocks and user payment child blocks each have a merchant fiat asset token corresponding to the first user payment; and
exchange for the first user payment, subject to the resale limits defined by the profit sharing percentage, one or more of the salable merchant products, by forging merchant and user product exchange child blocks responsive to the first user payment, each forged block having corresponding merchant asset exchange tokens generated to identify an exchanged one or more salable merchant products.
2 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 1 , further comprising:
the hardware processor configured to electronically generate at least one user digital wallet asset token identified by at least one forged user child block,
wherein the at least one user digital wallet asset token identifies one or more received user payments, merchant fiat asset tokens, merchant coinbase asset tokens, and other user and merchant asset tokens identified in a closed loop transactional exchange.
3 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 1 , further comprising: the hardware processor configured to electronically:
forge at least one merchant asset child block that identifies a salable digital event ticket of the one or more salable merchant products and a corresponding digital event ticket merchant asset token;
generate a redeemable digital voucher asset token corresponding to the salable digital event ticket, in response to detecting an exchange of the salable digital event ticket for the first user payment;
forge a user child block identifying a digital redeemable voucher and the salable digital event ticket; and
verify a user identity responsive to redemption of the digital redeemable voucher, by identifying at least one of merchant and child blocks having one or more of a user identity account token, the digital event ticket merchant asset token, and other asset tokens.
4 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 1 , further comprising: the hardware processor configured to electronically:
forge at least one merchant asset child block that identifies a salable digital event ticket of the one or more salable merchant products and a corresponding digital event ticket merchant asset token;
generate a redeemable digital voucher asset token corresponding to the salable digital event ticket, in response to detecting an exchange of the salable digital event ticket for the first user payment, wherein the redeemable digital voucher asset token includes at least one of a human readable digital voucher and an optical character reader scannable code;
forge a user child block identifying a digital redeemable voucher, the scannable code, and the salable digital event ticket; and
verify a user identity responsive to communication of at least one of the digital redeemable voucher and the scannable code, by identifying at least one of merchant and child blocks having one or more of a user identity account token, the digital event ticket merchant asset token, and other asset tokens that correspond to at least one of the digital redeemable voucher and the scannable code.
5 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 1 , further comprising the hardware processor configured to electronically:
generate the merchant access right token that defines resale limits that enables a predetermined number of resales at a predetermined price range of the one or more salable merchant products;
receive, subject to the resale limits, a second user payment via the payment server, by forging user and merchant child blocks identifying the payment and corresponding to a second user account token and second access right token, of one or more user account and access right tokens; and
exchange for the second user payment a merchant product, the one or more of the merchant products, by forging new user and merchant child blocks each having respective exchange tokens generated to identify at least one of the exchange, an identity of a second user, and the second user payment.
6 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 1 , wherein the hardware processor is further configured to:
forge a merchant child block identifying that a merchant account is funded with the first user payment; and
subsequently fund a user electronic wallet with the merchant fiat asset token in response to successful funding of the merchant account.
7 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 1 , wherein the hardware processor is further configured to secure the first user payment by receiving a user identifier to authorize retrieval of a private key stored on a remote server for encrypting the first user payment.
8 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 1 , wherein the resale limits include a requirement to distribute a portion of any resale profit to a third-party account distinct from the merchant and a first user.
9 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 1 , wherein the hardware processor is configured to distribute payment of the resale profit to a reseller in merchant child-chain tokens that are restricted to usage for purchasing merchant goods or services.
10 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 9 , wherein the merchant child-chain tokens are non-transferable to external blockchains and are only valid within the unique merchant blockchain.
11 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 1 , wherein for each resale transaction, automatically determining a resale profit amount and issuing one or more merchant asset exchange tokens to the merchant account in accordance with the predetermined profit sharing percentage before finalizing transfer of ownership of the salable merchant product.

The computer-implemented method according to claim 1 , wherein the merchant access right token permits resale at any resale price and enforces the predetermined profit sharing percentage without capping the resale price, by calculating a resale profit amount as the difference between the resale price and the initial sale price for a given instance and allocating the predetermined percentage of the resale profit amount to the merchant account.
13 . A computer-implemented method for establishing a closed loop transactional exchange blockchain, comprising:
by a hardware processor configured to electronically:
generate a merchant access right token defining resale limits on resale of one or more salable merchant products, wherein the resale limits include a predetermined profit sharing percentage that allocates a portion of any resale profit above an initial sale price to a merchant, wherein the hardware processor is further configured to establish a unique merchant blockchain configured as a child-chain of a parent blockchain, wherein the merchant access right token is recorded on the unique merchant blockchain;
receive from a key pair server responsive to a first user request, a private key token for a private key;
identify one or more user account tokens and access right tokens of one or more user child blocks that correspond to the private key;
receive, subject to the exchange resale limits, one or more of first and second user payments via a payment server, corresponding to identified one or more user account tokens, by forging payment merchant and user child blocks each having a merchant fiat asset token corresponding to a respective one of the one or more user payments; and
exchange the one or more of the salable merchant products, responsive to the one or more user payments, by forging merchant and user product exchange child blocks each having respective merchant and user tokens identifying the exchange.
14 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 13 , further comprising:
the hardware processor configured to electronically generate at least one user digital wallet asset token identified by at least one forged user child block,
wherein the at least one user digital wallet asset token further identifies at least one of one or more received user payments, merchant fiat asset tokens, merchant coinbase asset tokens, and other user and merchant asset tokens established by a closed loop transactional exchange.
15 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 13 , further comprising: the hardware processor configured to electronically:
forge at least one merchant asset child block that identifies a salable digital event ticket of the one or more salable merchant products and a corresponding digital event ticket merchant asset token;
generate a redeemable digital voucher asset token corresponding to the salable digital event ticket, in response to detecting an exchange of the salable digital event ticket for the first user payment;
forge a user child block identifying a digital redeemable voucher and the salable digital event ticket; and
verify a user identity responsive to redemption of the digital redeemable voucher, by identifying at least one of merchant and child blocks having one or more of a user identity account token, the digital event ticket merchant asset token, and other asset tokens.
16 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 13 , further comprising: the hardware processor configured to electronically:
forge at least one merchant asset child block that identifies a salable digital event ticket of the one or more salable merchant products and a corresponding digital event ticket merchant asset token;
generate a redeemable digital voucher asset token corresponding to the salable digital event ticket, in response to detecting an exchange of the salable digital event ticket for the first user payment, wherein the redeemable digital voucher asset token includes at least one of a human readable digital voucher and optical character reader scannable code;
forge a user child block identifying a digital redeemable voucher, the scannable code, and the digital salable event ticket; and
verify a user identity responsive to communication of at least one of the digital redeemable voucher and the scannable code, by identifying at least one of merchant and child blocks having one or more of a user identity account token, the digital event ticket merchant asset token, and other asset tokens that correspond to at least one of the digital redeemable voucher and the scannable code.
17 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 13 , wherein the hardware processor is further configured to establish a unique merchant blockchain configured as a child-chain of a parent blockchain, wherein the closed loop transactional exchange blockchain comprises a plurality of unique merchant blockchains.

The computer-implemented method according to claim 13 , wherein the hardware processor is further configured to determine an availability of the one or more salable merchant products prior to forging the merchant and user product exchange child blocks, and to terminate the exchange if the salable merchant products are unavailable.
19 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 13 , wherein the resale limits include a requirement for electronic consent from a merchant account prior to enabling a resale transaction of the one or more salable merchant products.
20 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 13 , wherein the hardware processor is further configured to maintain a merchant wallet on the unique merchant blockchain, wherein the merchant wallet functions as a coinbase to client purchases of digital assets.
21 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 13 , wherein the hardware processor is further configured to verify the exchange by receiving an access pin number on a merchant scanning device.
22 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 13 , wherein the hardware processor is further configured to distribute a portion of the resale profit to a reseller in merchant child-chain tokens that are restricted to usage for purchasing merchant goods or services.
