determining whether a phone number is unsubscribed to a user; and

sending a first message to a network exposure entity, wherein the first message includes an indication which indicates whether the phone number is unsubscribed to the user.

2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the determining whether the phone number is unsubscribed to the user comprises:

obtaining information of whether the phone number is unsubscribed to the user from an Operation Supporting System, OSS, entity.

3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the first message further includes un-subscription reason information.

4 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the first message further includes an operator identifier that identifies the operator which the phone number is ported in.

5 . The method according to claim 1 , the methods further comprises:

receiving a first request for information of whether the phone number is unsubscribed to the user from the network exposure entity.

7 . The method according to claim 5 , wherein the first request is a Monitoring Request message or a Nudm_EventExposure_Subscribe Request message or a Subscription Status Request message; and

wherein the first message is a Monitoring Response message or a Nudm_EventExposure_Subscribe Response message or a Subscription Status Response message.

8 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the phone number is identified by Mobile Subscriber ISDN Number, MSISDN, or Generic Public Subscription Identifier, GPSI.

9 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the data management entity is a Home Subscriber Server, HSS or a Unified Data Management, UDM; and

wherein the network exposure entity is a Service Capability Exposure Function, SCEF, or a Network Exposure Function, NEF.

10 . A method at an application server, comprising:

sending a second request for information of whether a phone number is unsubscribed to a user to a network exposure entity; and

receiving a second response from the network exposure entity, wherein the second response includes the information of whether the phone number is unsubscribed to the user to a network exposure entity.

wherein the second response is a Monitoring Response message or a Subscription Status Response message.

15 . The method according to claim 10 , wherein the phone number is identified by Mobile Subscriber ISDN Number, MSISDN, or Generic Public Subscription Identifier, GPSI.

16 . The method according to claim 10 , wherein the application server is one of: a service capability server, SCS; an application server, AS; and an application function, AF; and

wherein the network exposure entity is a Service Capability Exposure Function, SCEF, or a Network Exposure Function, NEF.

17 . A data management entity comprising:

at least one processor; and

at least one memory, the at least one memory containing instructions executable by the at least one processor, whereby the data management entity is operative to:

determine whether a phone number is unsubscribed to a user; and
