Abstract

The present invention provides an electronic wallet having a higher level of anonymity, security and convenience, which is capable of efficient electronizing of value information as well as which allows the user to efficiently manage the electronic value information. A presentation card 801 indicating the fixed property of an electronic value is digitally signed by the service provider; a variable property 802 is digitally signed with the private key of that electronic value. A service control 803 , security information 804 , representation control 805 and representation resource 806 are digitally signed by the service provider. These digital signature will be authenticated each time an electronic value object is generated.

Claims (44)

1. A communication terminal, including:

a processor;

a first wireless communication hardware section controlled by the processor, and configured to perform direct communication with an other party's device using a first wireless communication scheme; and

a second wireless communication hardware section controlled by the processor, and configured to perform direct communication with the other party's device using a second wireless communication scheme which is different from the first wireless communication scheme,

wherein:

the first wireless communication hardware section is configured to: 1) receive first information from the other party's device, which is unspecified, using the first wireless communication scheme, the first information being information for starting direct communication with the other party's device using the second wireless communication scheme via the second wireless communication hardware section, and 2) send second information to the other party's device using the first wireless communication scheme, the second information being information for starting direct communication with the communication terminal using the second wireless communication scheme via the second wireless communication hardware section;

said second wireless communication hardware section includes a device list, listing devices in a state capable of direct communication using the second wireless communication scheme;

the processor is configured to search the list based on the first information; and

the second wireless communication hardware section is configured to connect directly to the other party's device in response to the processor identifying the other party's device in the list based on said first information, and establish a communication session with the other party's device using the second wireless communication scheme.

The communication terminal according to claim 1 , wherein the first information includes a device address of the other party's device and a session number specified by the other party's device, and the second information includes a device address of the communication terminal and a session number specified by the communication terminal.

The communication terminal according to claim 2 , wherein the second wireless communication section is configured to identify the other party's device from the device list using the device address of the other party's device, and is configured to perform authentication processing by receiving information from the identified other party's device and by comparing one session number included in the first information received from the identified other party's device and the other session number included in the second information.

4. A communication terminal including:

a processor;

a first wireless communication hardware section controlled by the processor, and configured to perform direct communication with an other party's device using a first wireless communication scheme; and

a second wireless communication hardware section controlled by the processor, and configured to perform direct communication with the other party's device using a second wireless communication scheme which is different from the first wireless communication scheme,

wherein:

the first wireless communication hardware section is configured to: 1) send first information to the other party's device, which is unspecified, using the first wireless communication scheme, the first information being information for starting direct communication with the communication terminal using the second wireless communication scheme via the second wireless communication hardware section, and 2) receive second information from the other party's device using the first wireless communication scheme, the second information being information for starting direct communication with the other party's device using the second wireless communication scheme via the second wireless communication hardware section;

said second wireless communication hardware section includes a device list, listing devices in a state capable of direct communication using the second wireless communication scheme;

the processor is configured to search the list based on the first information, and

the second wireless communication hardware section, is configured to connect directly to the other party's device in response to the processor identifying the other party's device in the list based on said second information and establish a communication session with the other party's device using the second wireless communication scheme.

The communication terminal according to claim 4 , wherein the first information includes a device address of the communication terminal and a session number specified by the communication terminal, and the second information includes a device address of the other party's device and a session number specified by the other party's device.

The communication terminal according to claim 5 , wherein the second wireless communication section is configured to perform authentication processing by receiving information from the other party's device and by comparing one session number included in the first information received from the other party's device and the other session number included in the second information.

7. The communication terminal according to claim 1 , wherein the first wireless communication section has directivity.

8. The communication terminal according to claim 3 , wherein the first wireless communication section has directivity.

9. The communication terminal according to claim 4 , wherein the first wireless communication section has directivity.

10. The communication terminal according to claim 6 , wherein the first wireless communication section has directivity.

11. A communication method comprising:

sending, by a processor of a service terminal, first information to a mobile user terminal using a first wireless communication scheme via a first service terminal wireless communication hardware section, the first information being information for starting direct communication with the service terminal using a second wireless communication scheme different from the first wireless communication scheme via a second service terminal wireless communication hardware section;

receiving, by a processor of the mobile user terminal, the first information from the service terminal using the first wireless communication scheme via a first mobile user terminal wireless communication hardware section;

sending, by the processor of the mobile user terminal, second information to the service terminal using the first wireless communication scheme via the first mobile user terminal wireless communication hardware section, the second information being information for starting direct communication with the mobile user terminal using the second wireless communication scheme via a second mobile user terminal wireless communication hardware section; and

receiving, by the processor of the service terminal, the second information from the mobile user terminal using the first wireless communication scheme via a first service terminal wireless communication hardware section, and

when the wireless communication scheme specified by said information for specifying wireless communication scheme is the second wireless communication scheme:

searching, by the processor of the mobile user terminal, the service terminal to establish a connection from a device list, listing devices in a state capable of direct communication using the second wireless communication scheme, based on the first information, and

establishing, by the processor of the mobile user terminal, a communication session with the service terminal using the second wireless communication scheme via the second mobile user terminal wireless communication hardware section.

The communication method according to claim 11 , wherein the first information includes a device address of the service terminal and a session number specified by the service terminal, and the second information includes a device address of the mobile user terminal and a session number specified by the mobile user terminal.

13. A communication method comprising:

sending, by a processor of a mobile user terminal, first information to a service terminal using a first wireless communication scheme via a first mobile user terminal wireless communication hardware section, the first information being information for starting direct communication with the mobile user terminal using a second wireless communication scheme different from the first wireless communication scheme via a second mobile user terminal wireless communication hardware section;

receiving, by a processor of the service terminal, the first information from the mobile user terminal using the first wireless communication scheme via a first service terminal wireless communication hardware section;

sending, by the processor of the service terminal, second information to the mobile user terminal using the first wireless communication scheme via the first service terminal wireless communication hardware section, the second information being information for starting direct communication with the service terminal using the second wireless communication scheme via a second service terminal wireless communication hardware section; and

receiving, by the processor of the mobile user terminal, the second information from the service terminal using the first wireless communication scheme via the first mobile user terminal wireless communication hardware section,

when the wireless communication scheme specified by said information for specifying wireless communication scheme is the second wireless communication scheme:

searching, by the processor of the service terminal, the mobile user terminal to establish a connection from a device list, listing devices in a state capable of direct communication using the second wireless communication scheme, based on the first information, and

establishing, by the processor of the service terminal, a communication session with the mobile user terminal using the second wireless communication scheme via the second service terminal wireless communication hardware section.

The communication method according to claim 13 , wherein the second information includes a device address of the service terminal and a session number specified by the service terminal, and the first information includes a device address of the mobile user terminal and a session number specified by the mobile user terminal.
