Abstract
Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.
Claims (4)
1. A recombinant expression vector comprising the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1.
2. An isolated nucleic acid molecule consisting of the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1.
3. A cell comprising the vector of claim 1 .
4. A method of producing a protein, comprising culturing a cell of claim 3 under conditions permitting expression of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 2.
