View Patent ↗The present invention relates to compositions containing novel proteins and methods of using those compositions for the diagnosis and treatment of immune related diseases.
1. An isolated nucleic acid comprising:
(a) a nucleic acid sequence encoding the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:14;
(b) a nucleic acid sequence encoding the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:14, lacking its associated signal peptide;
(c) the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:14;
(d) the full-length coding sequence of the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:13; or
(e) the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-1093, wherein the isolated nucleic acid encodes an ecto-enzyme autotaxin protein.
2. The isolated nucleic acid of claim 1 comprising a nucleic acid sequence encoding the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:14.
3. The isolated nucleic acid of claim 1 comprising a nucleic acid sequence encoding the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:14 lacking its associated signal peptide.
4. The isolated nucleic acid of claim 1 comprising the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:13.
5. The isolated nucleic acid of claim 1 comprising the full-length coding sequence of the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 13.
6. The isolated nucleic acid of claim 1 comprising the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-1093.
7. A vector comprising the nucleic acid of claim 1 .
8. The vector of claim 7 , wherein said nucleic acid is operably linked to control sequences recognized by a host cell transformed with the vector.
9. An isolated host cell comprising the vector of claim 7 .
10. The host cell of claim 9 , wherein said cell is a CHO cell, an E. coli or a yeast cell.
