Abstract

The present invention relates to compositions containing novel proteins and methods of using those compositions for the diagnosis and treatment of immune related diseases.

Claims (6)

1. An isolated polypeptide comprising:

(a) the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 14;

(b) the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 14, lacking its associated signal peptide;

(c) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-1093, wherein said polypeptide is an autotaxin ecto-enzyme protein.

2. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 14.

3. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 14, lacking its associated signal peptide.
