Abstract

The present invention relates to high molecular weight Dermatophagoides proteins, nucleic acid molecules encoding such proteins, and therapeutic and diagnostic reagents derived from such proteins.

Claims (5)

1. An isolated protein comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ TD NO:35, SEQ ID NO:38, or SEQ ID NO:41.

2. An isolated protein consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:35, SEQ ID NO:38, or SEQ ID NO:41.

3. A fragment of the isolated protein of claim 2 , wherein said fragment is at least 35 residues in length.

4. A fragment of the isolated protein of claim 2 , wherein said fragment is at least 50 residues in length.

5. A fragment of the isolated protein of claim 2 , wherein said fragment is at least 100 residues in length.
