Abstract

The present invention is directed to novel PRO7155 polypeptides and chimeric polypeptide molecules comprising PRO7155 polypeptides fused to heterologous polypeptide sequences.

Claims (7)

1. An isolated polypeptide comprising:

(a) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 26; or

(b) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-1030.

2. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 comprising the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 26.

3. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 comprising the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-1030.

4. A chimeric polypeptide comprising a polypeptide according to claim 1 fused to a heterologous polypeptide.

5. The chimerie polypeptide of claim 4 , wherein said heterologous polypeptide is an epitope tag or an Fe region of an immunoglobulin.
