Abstract

The present invention is directed to novel PRO10013 polypeptides chimeric polypeptide molecules comprising PRO10013 polypeptides fused to heterologous polypeptide sequences.

Claims (8)

1. An isolated polypeptide comprising:

(a) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 34; or

(b) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-1096,

wherein said polypeptide is overexpressed in colon tumor cells.

2. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 comprising the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 34.

3. The isolated polypeptide of claim 2 comprising the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-1096.

4. A chimeric polypeptide comprising a polypeptide according to claim 1 fused to a heterologous polypeptide.

5. The chimeric polypeptide of claim 4 , wherein said heterologous polypeptide is an epitope tag on an Fc region of an immunoglobulin.
