Abstract

Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications

Claims (5)

1. A host cell comprising an expression vector comprising a nucleic acid sequence that encodes the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.

2. The host cell of claim 1 wherein said nucleic acid sequence is that of SEQ ID NO: 1.

3. A method of producing a protein, comprising culturing the cell of claim 1 under conditions permitting expression of the polypeptide.

4. A method of producing a protein, comprising culturing the cell of claim 2 under conditions permitting expression of the polypeptide.

5. An expression vector comprising the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1.
