Abstract
A method of treating cancer is described including administration of a 4-quinazolineamine and at least one other anti-neoplastic agent as well as pharmaceutical combinations and compositions containing the same.
Claims (8)
1. A method of treating breast cancer in a mammal, comprising: administering to said mammal a therapeutically effective amount of:
(a) a compound of formula II:
salts, or solvates; and
(b) paclitaxel.
2. The method of claim 1 , wherein said method comprises administering to said mammal a therapeutically effective amount of
(a) a compound of formula II,
or salt thereof; and
(b) paclitaxel.
