Abstract
The present invention relates to a novel diaryl 1,2,4-triazole derivative of the following formula (1) as a highly selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor, wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , W and A is as defined in this specification.
Claims (2)
1. A compound of formula 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
Wherein, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 and R 5 are each independently a hydrogen; a halogen; C 1 –C 3 -alkyl substituted or not substituted by halogens; NO 2 , NH 2 , OH, OMe, CO 2 H or CN, wherein at least one of R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 and R 5 is selected from the group consisting of CO 2 H or C 1 –C 3 alkyl substituted by halogens, A is NH 2 and W is CH.
