Abstract

Fluoro substituted cycloalkanoindole derivatives are antagonists of prostaglandins, and as such are useful for the treatment of prostaglandin mediated diseases.

Claims (7)

1. A compound of the formula:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. A pharmaceutical composition comprised of a compound in accordance with claim 1 further comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

3. A pharmaceutical composition in accordance with claim 2 further comprising nicotinic acid.

4. A compound of the formula:

5. A pharmaceutical composition comprised of a compound in accordance with claim 4 further comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

6. A pharmaceutical composition on accordance with claim 5 further comprising nicotinic acid.
