Abstract

Reactive dye mixtures comprising one or more dyes of the general formula (I), one or more dyes of the general formula (II) and optionally one or more dyes of the general formula (III) where D 1 , D 2 , D 3 , D 4 , D 5 , R 0 , R*, R**, T, b, f, v, and M are as defined in claim 1 , the dyes of the general formulae (I)-(III) containing at least one fiber-reactive group of the formula —SO 2 -Z or -Z 2 , are prepared and used for dyeing hydroxyl- and/or carboxamido-containing fiber material.

Claims (43)

1. A reactive dye mixture comprising one or more dyes of the general formula (I),

in an amount of 30 to 95% by weight,

one or more dyes of the general formula (II)

in an amount of 1 to 65% by weight,

and one or more dyes of general formula (III)

in an amount of 1 to 65% by weight,

where

D 1 , D 2 , D 4 and D 5 are independently each a group of the general formula (1)

where

R 1 and R 2 are each hydrogen;

X 1 is a group of the formula —SO 2 -Z;

where

Z is —CH═CH 2 or β-sulfatoethyl;

D 3 is a group of the general formula (1a)

where

R 1 ′ is hydrogen;

R 2 ′ is sulfo;

and X 1 is defined as given above;

R o is a group of the formula (5)

where

Q 1 and Q 2 are each chlorine;

b and v are each 1;

f is 0;

R* is hydrogen and

R** is a group of formula (14)

—CH 2 —SO 3 M  (14);

T is hydroxyl; and

M is hydrogen, an alkali metal or an equivalent of an alkaline earth metal.

2. The reactive dye mixture as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the dye of the formula (I) is the dye of the formula

the dye of the formula (II) is the dye of the formula

and the dye of the formula (III) is the dye of the formula

wherein M is defined as given in claim 1 .

3. The reactive dye mixture as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising

one or more monoazo dyes of the formula (15),

one or more monoazo dyes of the formula (16),

or a mixture of one or more monoazo dyes of the formula (15) and one or more monoazo dyes of the formula (16)

each at 0.5 to 6% by weight

where D 2 and M are as defined in claim 1 .

4. The reactive dye mixture as claimed in claim 1 , comprising one or more monoazo dyes of the general formulae (17) to (18), each in an amount of 0-10% by weight

where M, R*, R** and D 3 are as defined in claim 1 .

5. A process for producing the reactive dye mixture as claimed in claim 1 , which comprises mixing the individual dyes of the formulae (I), (II) and (III) in a defined ratio with one another mechanically in solid form or in the form of the aqueous solutions.

6. An aqueous liquid preparation comprising the reactive dye mixture as claimed in claim 1 with a total dye content of 5-50% by weight.

7. A process for dyeing a fiber material which comprises contacting the reactive dye mixture as claimed in claim 1 with a hydroxyl- and/or carboxamido-containing fiber material.
