Pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for LCDs
View Patent ↗The invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, particularly for producing LCD displays, comprising two surfaces while also being provided with at least one support having two supporting surfaces and a pressure-sensitive layer on each of the two supporting surfaces. The invention is characterized in that at least one of the two surfaces of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has silvery reflective properties.
1. A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprising:
(a) at least one PET film carrier having two faces and colored black;
(b) a first pressure-sensitive adhesive covering a first of said two faces and transparent;
(c) a second pressure-sensitive adhesive covering a second of said two faces; and
(d) a silvery-colored reflective layer positioned between said first pressure-sensitive adhesive and said at least one carrier.
2. An LCD display comprising a pressure-sensitive adhesive according to claim 1 .
3. An electronic device comprising an LCD display according to claim 2 .
