Abstract

A system and method of wavefront sensing with a Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor precisely locates focal spots on a detector array, and determines the location of the lenslet array with respect to the detector array.

Claims (4)

1. A method of determining a location of focal spot on a detector array, comprising:

defining boundaries of an integration domain for a lenslet;

performing a center of mass calculation with respect to pixels within the boundaries; and

correcting for an asymmetry parameter.
