Abstract

The use of compound 1 and/or 2 of the formulae and of physiologically tolerable salts of compound 2 for the treatment of rejection reactions of the organ recipient to the transplanted organ is described.

Claims (2)

1. A method of treating a hyperacute rejection reaction of a xenograft transplant recipient of a xenograft transplant, which comprises administering to said recipient an effective amount of a composition comprising at least one compound chosen from (a) a compound of formula 1 and (b) a compound of formula 2 and its physiologically tolerable salts:

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the xenograft is skin, heart, kidney, liver, bone, pancreas, or blood.
