Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Geranium plant named ‘Clips Rosspla’, characterized by its upright, outwardly spreading and rounded growth habit; freely basal branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit with many flower umbels per plant; and flower umbels with numerous red and red purple bi-colored single flowers.
