A new and distinct cultivar of Zonal Geranium plant named ‘Dueandria’, characterized by its upright, somewhat outwardly spreading and rounded plant habit; freely branching habit; foliage with distinct zonation pattern; freely and early flowering habit; and bright red-colored semi-double flowers.
