1. Tropenol 9-hydroxyfluorene-9-carboxylate methobromide or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof.
2. Tropenol 9-fluorofluorene-9-carboxylate methobromide or an acid addition salt thereof.
3. Scopine 9-hydroxyfluorene-9-carboxylate methobromide or an acid addition salt thereof.
4. Scopine 9-fluorofluorene-9-carboxylate methobromide or an acid addition salt thereof.
5. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound according to claim 1 or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient or carrier.
6. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound according to claim 2 or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient or carrier.
7. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound according to claim 3 or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient or carrier.
8. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound according to claim 4 or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient or carrier.
9. A method for treatment of asthma or COPD in a patient, the method comprising administering to the patient in need thereof an effective amount of a compound according to claim 1 .
10. A method for treatment of asthma or COPD in a patient, the method comprising administering to the patient in need thereof an effective amount of a compound according to claim 2 .
11. A method for treatment of asthma or COPD in a patient the method comprising administering to the patient in need thereof an effective amount of a compound according to claim 3 .
12. A method for treatment of asthma or COPD in a patient, the method comprising administering to the patient in need thereof an effective amount of a compound according to claim 4 .
