Abstract

Disclosed herein are methods and compositions related to compound 1 or compound 2 or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, or prodrugs thereof, which are antagonists of a prostaglandin EP 4 receptor, or are prostaglandin EP 4 antagonists.

Claims (5)

1. A method of treating an EP 4 receptor mediated condition comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound to a mammal in need thereof, wherein said compound has a formula

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and

wherein said EP 4 receptor mediated condition is an ocular disease, wherein said ocular disease is glaucoma.

2. A method comprising treating glaucoma by administering to a mammal suffering from glaucoma a compound comprising

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
