Abstract

A therapeutic supramolecule including a first component having a binding effector molecule such as a protein, a polypeptide, a lipid, or a sugar; and a second component including a therapeutic effector molecule such as a protein, a polypeptide, a lipid, or a sugar, where the binding effector molecule and therapeutic effector molecule are linked by a joining molecule, a peptide, or a dendrimer.

Claims (9)

1 . A therapeutic supramolecule comprising:

a first component comprising at least one binding effector molecule selected from the group consisting of a protein, a polypeptide, a lipid, and a sugar; and

a second component comprising at least one therapeutic effector molecule selected from the group consisting of: a protein, a polypeptide, a lipid, and a sugar, wherein said binding effector molecule and said therapeutic effector molecule are linked by a dendrimer.

2 . A therapeutic supramolecule comprising:

a first component comprising a binding effector molecule selected from the group consisting of a protein, a polypeptide, a lipid, and a sugar; and

a second component comprising a therapeutic effector molecule selected from the group consisting of: a protein, a polypeptide, a lipid, and a sugar, wherein said binding effector molecule and said therapeutic effector molecule are linked by a peptide.

3 . A therapeutic supramolecule comprising:

a first component comprising a binding effector molecule selected from the group consisting of: a protein, a polypeptide, a lipid, and a sugar; and

a second component comprising a therapeutic effector molecule selected from the group consisting of a protein, a polypeptide, a lipid, and a sugar, wherein said binding effector molecule and said therapeutic effector molecule are functionally linked by a joining molecule.
