71 . A method for treating cancer which comprises administering to a mammal an amount of Compound (1), having the formula,
and at least one anti Her-2 antibody, wherein the combination of Compound 1 and the at least one anti Her-2 antibody is therapeutically-effective.
72 . The method of claim 71 wherein the at least one anti Her-2 antibody is HERCEPTIN™.
73 . The method of claim 71 , wherein the cancer is breast cancer.
73 . The method of claim 71 , wherein the cancer is prostate cancer.
74 . The method of claim 71 , wherein the cancer is lung cancer.
75 . The method of claim 71 , wherein the cancer is refractory to taxane treatment.
76 . The method of claim 75 , wherein the cancer is innately refractory to taxane treatment.
77 . The method of claim 71 , wherein the Compound 1 is administered before the at least one anti Her-2 antibody.
78 . The method of claim 71 , wherein the Compound 1 is administered after the anti Her-2 antibody.
79 . The method of claim 71 , wherein the Compound 1 is administered simultaneously with the anti Her-2 antibody.
80 . A pharmaceutical product for treating cancer in a patient, the product comprising a combination product comprising an amount of Compound (1), which is,
and at least one anti Her-2 antibody.
81 . The product of claim 8 Q wherein the anti Her-2 antibody is HERCEPTIN™.
82 . A method for treating cancer which comprises administering to a mammal an amount of Compound (1), having the formula,
and at least one anti Her-2 antibody, wherein the combination of Compound 1 and the at least one anti Her-2 antibody is synergistically-effective.
83 . The method of claim 82 wherein the at least one anti Her-2 antibody is HERCEPTIN™.
84 . The method of claim 82 , wherein the cancer is breast cancer.
85 . The method of claim 82 , wherein the cancer is prostate cancer.

87 . The method of claim 82 , wherein the cancer is refractory to taxane treatment.
88 . A kit for treating cancer in a patient, the kit comprising in a first package an amount of Compound (1), which is,
and in a second package, an anti Her-2 antibody, wherein the administration of the Compound 1 and the anti Her-2 antibody is synergistically effective.
89 . The kit of claim 88 wherein the anti Her-2 antibody is HERCEPTIN™.
90 . The method of claim 72 further comprising the co-administration of tamoxifen.
