Abstract

Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.

Claims (7)

1 . An isolated cDNA molecule comprising at least 24 contiguous bases of nucleotide sequence first disclosed in the NHP sequence described in SEQ ID NO: 1.

2 . An isolated cDNA-molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence that:

(a) encodes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2; and

(b) hybridizes under stringent conditions to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 or the complement thereof.

3 . An isolated recombinant expression vector comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2.

4 . A substantially isolated protein comprising the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:2.

5 . An isolated recombinant expression vector comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 4.
