Abstract

According to the present invention, in response to a propagation environment of a radio channel, based on transmission power control information for controlling transmission power of the radio channel, a receiving apparatus generates information concerning a transmission parameter; notifies the information concerning a transmission parameter to a transmitting apparatus; the transmitting apparatus control the radio channel based on the information concerning a transmission parameter from the receiving apparatus, and thereby, the transmitting apparatus can rapidly change the transmission parameter in response to a fluctuation of the propagation environment of the radio channel.

Claims (35)

1. A radio channel control method for controlling, in a mobile communication system having a transmitting apparatus and a receiving apparatus, a radio channel from the transmitting apparatus toward the receiving apparatus, wherein:

said receiving apparatus carries out the steps of:

generating transmission power control information for controlling transmission power of the radio channel according to a propagation environment of the radio channel;

generating a rate matching ratio applied to the radio channel as a transmission parameter based on the transmission power control information; and

notifying the transmitting apparatus of the transmission parameter; and

said transmitting apparatus carries out the step of:

controlling the radio channel based on the transmission parameter received from the receiving apparatus.

2. The radio channel control method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:

said receiving apparatus caries out the step of:

generating the transmission parameter based on the transmission power control information generated during a first predetermined period.

3. The radio channel control method as claimed in claim 2 , wherein:

said receiving apparatus carries out the step of:

generating the transmission parameter based on one, which occurs most, from among the transmission power control information generated during the first predetermined period.

4. The radio channel control method as claimed in claim 2 , wherein;

said receiving apparatus carries out the step of:

changing the first predetermined period based on a moving speed of the own apparatus.

5. A receiving apparatus receiving information from a transmitting apparatus, comprising:

a transmission power control information generating part generating transmission power control information for controlling transmission power of the radio channel according to a propagation environment of the radio channel;

a transmission parameter concerned information generating part generating a rate matching ratio applied to the radio channel as a transmission parameter based on the transmission power control information; and

a transmission parameter concerned information notifying part notifying the transmitting apparatus of the transmission parameter wherein the transmission apparatus controls the radio channel based on the transmission parameter received from the receiving apparatus.

6. The receiving apparatus as claimed in 5 , wherein:

said transmission parameter concerned information generating part generates concerning the transmission parameter based on the transmission power control information generated during a first predetermined period.

7. The receiving apparatus as claimed in claim 6 wherein:

said transmission parameter concerned information generating part generates the transmission parameter based on one, which occurs most, from among the transmission power control information generated during the first predetermined period.

8. The receiving apparatus as claimed in claim 6 , comprising:

a first predetermined period changing part changing the first predetermined period based on a moving speed of the own apparatus.

9. A radio channel control method for controlling, in a mobile communication system having a transmitting apparatus and a receiving apparatus, a radio channel from the transmitting apparatus toward the receiving apparatus, comprising:

generating, by the receiving apparatus, transmission power control information for controlling transmission power of the radio channel according to a propagation environment of the radio channel;

setting, by the transmitting apparatus, a rate matching ratio applied to the radio channel as a transmission parameter;

controlling, by the transmitting apparatus, the radio channel based on the transmission parameter.

10. A radio channel control method for controlling, in a mobile communication system having a transmitting apparatus and a receiving apparatus, a radio channel from the transmitting apparatus toward the receiving apparatus, comprising:

generating, by the receiving apparatus, transmission power control information for controlling transmission power of the radio channel according to a propagation environment of the radio channel;

generating, by the receiving apparatus, a rate matching ratio applied to the radio channel as a transmission parameter;

transmitting the transmission parameter to the transmitting apparatus from the receiving apparatus; and

controlling, by the transmitting apparatus, the radio channel based on the transmission parameter.
