26 . In a hydraulic device having a valve operated by a wobblestick of a gerotor structure,

the improvements of the housing of the device having a single unitary part both axially adjoining and radially surrounding the valve.

27 . The hydraulic device of claim 26 characterized in that the valve is separate from the gerotor structure.

28 . A method for making a device having a housing and a valve operated by a wobblestick, the method comprising making a single unitary housing part with an opening for both axially adjoining and radially surrounding the valve, and locating the valve within the opening in the single unitary housing part.

29 . In a hydraulic device having a valve and a housing, the valve operated by a wobblestick of a gerotor structure,

the improvement comprising the valve having a depth,

the housing having a single unitary piece with an integral opening, the integral opening in the housing having a depth,

the depth of the valve being substantially equal to the depth of the integral opening in the housing,

and the valve being in the integral opening of the single unitary piece of the housing.

30 . The hydraulic device of claim 26 characterized in that there are bolts holding said single unitary part to the rest of the housing, the inside of said bolts being spaced from the central axis of said single unitary part by a distance,

a central opening in said single unitary part, said central opening having a radius, and said distance being less than said radius.

31 . The hydraulic device of claim 29 characterized in that said integral opening is in a single unitary part, and there are bolts holding said single unitary part to the rest of the housing,

the inside of said bolts being spaced from the central axis of said single unitary part by a distance, said integral opening being in said single unitary part, said integral opening having a radius, and said distance being less than said radius.

32 . The method of claim 28 characterized by the additional step of drilling bolt holes that hold the single housing part to the remainder of the housing, the bolt holes extending partially through the opening.

33 . The method of claim 32 characterized by the additional step of providing a seal on the outside of the bolt holes.

34 . In a hydraulic device having a valve and a housing, the valve operated by a wobblestick of a gerotor structure,

the improvement comprising the valve having a depth,

the housing having a single unitary endplate with an integral opening, the integral opening in the endplate having a depth,

the depth of the valve being substantially equal to the depth of the integral opening in the endplate,

and the valve being in the single unitary endplate of the integral opening.

35 . The hydraulic device of claim 34 characterized in that there are bolts holding said single unitary endplate to the rest of the housing, the inside of said bolts being spaced-from the central axis of said single unitary endplate by a distance,

a central opening in said single unitary endplate, said central opening having a radius, and said distance being less than said radius.

36 . In a hydraulic device having a housing with a contained pressure operated gerotor structure utilizing a separate orbiting valve adjacent to a fixed manifold, the orbiting valve having a depth,

the improvement of an endplate, said endplate being a single unitary part,

an integral opening, said integral opening being in said endplate, said integral opening having a depth, said depth of said integral opening being substantially equal to the depth of the valve,

and said endplate being fixed to the remainder of the housing on the opposite side of the gerotor structure from the manifold with the orbiting valve being in said integral opening.

37 . The hydraulic device of claim 36 wherein there is a wobblestick and characterized in that the valve has a central opening and the valve being connected to the wobblestick by a longitudinal extension off of the wobblestick to the central opening in the valve.

38 . The hydraulic device of claim 36 wherein the gerotor structure has expanding and contracting gerotor cells and characterized in that the valve is out of phase with the expanding and contracting gerotor cells and the manifold includes internal shift passages to compensate for said phase.

39 . The hydraulic device of claim 36 wherein there is an area surrounding the valve and characterized in that said single unitary part endplate is in direct contact with the manifold to provide all seals for the area surrounding the valve.

40 . The hydraulic device of claim 38 wherein there is a wobblestick and characterized in that the valve has a central opening and the valve being connected to the wobblestick by a longitudinal extension off of the wobblestick to the central opening in the valve.
