Abstract

A carbamate compound is disclosed.

Claims (30)

1. A compound of the formula (III bis)

wherein:

I) “n” is a whole number from 1 to 10;

III) Y is an amino acid or a chain of amino acids having the following formula:

A-[N(Z k )—C(Z′ k )(Z″ k )—CO—] m

“m” is a whole number varying from 1 to 50;

A is a group selected from the group consisting of: hydrogen, an oxycarbonyl group ROCO, an acyl group RCO, an alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbons, unsubstituted or substituted with an aryl group whose cyclic structure contains 5 to 20 carbon atoms, said alkyl group being saturated or not, an aryl group, whose cyclic structure contains 5 to 20 carbon atoms, an urea group RNHCO, A along with Z k and the N with which it is contiguous are bonded to form a phthalimido group of formula:

and the group “A” can form with the nitrogen atom N with which it is contiguous, an amine;

R representing an alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, unsubstituted or substituted with an aryl group whose cyclic structure contains 5 to 20 carbon atoms, said alkyl group being saturated or not;

Z k , Z′ k , and Z″ k are inependently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen atom, a (C1–C20) alkyl group substituted or not, an aryl group, whose cyclic structure contains 5 to 20 carbon atoms, a protected or unprotected side chain of an amino acid, and a halogen;

IV) R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, a (C1–C20) alkyl group substituted or not, or an aryl group whose cyclic structure contains 5 to 20 atoms;

V) R i represents a group that can vary independently from each other a member selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a halogen, the protected or unprotected side chain of an amino acid, a (C1–C20) alkyl group substituted or not, an aryl group whose cyclic structure contains 5 to 20 carbon atoms, a group OR a , NH 2 , OH, —COOR a , —CONHR a , —CONH 2 , —CH 2 COOR a , —CH 2 CONHR a , —CH 2 CONH 2 ;

R a represents an allyl, benzyl, t-butyl, fluorenylmethyl, alkyl having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or an aryl group whose cyclic structure contains 5 to 20 carbon atoms; and

VI) X is derived from N-hydroxysuccinimide.

2. A compound having the following formula:

wherein:

X is derived from N-hydroxysuccinimide,

m is a whole number from 1 to 10,

A represents a protective group GP selected from the group consisting of an oxycarbonyl group ROCO, acyl group RCO, GP along with Z k and the N with which it is contiguous are bonded to form a phthalimido group of formula:

and a biotinyle group having the following formula:

R, R 1 , and R 2 independently representing an alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, unsubstituted or substituted with an aryl group whose cyclic structure contains 5 to 20 carbon atoms, said alkyl group being saturated or not; and

Z k , and Z′ k are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen atom, a (C1–C20) alkyl group, substituted or not, an aryl group, whose cyclic structure contains 5 to 20 carbon atoms, a protected or unprotected side chain of an amino acid, and a halogen.

3. A compound having the following formula:

wherein:

A represents a protective group GP selected from the group consisting of: an oxycarbonyl group ROCO, and an acyl group RCO; GP along with Z k and the N with which it is contiguous are bonded to form a phthalimido group of formula:

 and a biotinyle group having the following formula:

R, R 1 , and R 2 independently representing an alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, unsubstituted or substituted with an aryl group whose cyclic structure contains 5 to 20 carbon atoms, said alkyl group being saturated or not; and

Z k , and Z′ k is a group selected from the groups consisting of hydrogen atom, a (C1–C20) alkyl group, substituted or not, and an aryl group, whose cyclic structure contains 5 to 20 carbon atoms, a protected or unprotected side chain of an amino acid, and a halogen.

4. The compound according to claim 3 , wherein A represents an oxycarbonyl group and Z′ k represents a protected or unprotected side chain of an amino acid.

5. The compound according to claim 3 , wherein A represents Boc or Fmoc, and Z′ k represents a protected or unprotected side chain of an amino acid.
