Abstract

Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.

Claims (15)

1 . An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising at least 24 contiguous bases of nucleotide sequence first disclosed in SEQ ID NO: 1.

3 . An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence that encodes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:2.

8 . An isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding the amino acid sequence described in SEQ ID NO:41.

9 . An isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding the amino acid sequence described in SEQ ID NO:29.

10 . An isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding the amino acid sequence described in SEQ ID NO:31.

11 . An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising at least 24 contiguous bases of nucleotide sequence first disclosed in SEQ ID NO: 45.

12 . An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence that:

(a) encodes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 46; and

(b) hybridizes under stringent conditions to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:45 or the complement thereof.

13 . An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence that encodes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:46.
