A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named ‘Duepremmiro’, characterized by its inflorescences with light red purple and pale yellow-colored flower bracts; uniform and rounded plant habit; freely branching habit; early flowering habit; and excellent post-production longevity.
