Abstract

The present invention is directed to novel polypeptides and to nucleic acid molecules encoding those polypeptides. Also provided herein are vectors and host cells comprising those nucleic acid sequences, chimeric polypeptide molecules comprising the polypeptides of the present invention fused to heterologous polypeptide sequences, antibodies which bind to the polypeptides of the present invention and to methods for producing the polypeptides of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An isolated antibody which specifically binds to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:2.

2. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein said antibody is a monoclonal antibody.

3. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is an antibody fragment.

4. The antibody of claim 3 , wherein the antibody fragment is a Fab, Fab′, F(ab′) 2 , or Fv fragment.

5. The antibody of claim 3 , wherein the antibody fragment is a single-chain antibody.

6. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a humanized antibody.

7. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a human antibody.

8. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody binds to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:2, lacking its associated signal peptide.

9. A composition comprising the antibody of claim 1 conjugated to a label.

10. An immunoconjugate comprising the antibody of claim 1 conjugated to a cytotoxic agent.
