Abstract

Compounds or their salts having general formulas (I) and (II) wherein: s=is an integer equal to 1 or 2, preferably s=2; b0=0 or 1; A is the radical of a drug and is such as to meet the pharmacological tests reported in the description, C and C 1 are two bivalent radicals. The precursors of the radicals B and B 1 are such as to meet the pharmacological test reported in the description.

Claims (22)

1. Compounds or their salts having the following general formula (I):

A-B-T c -Y—NO 2   (I)

wherein:

A=R-T 1 -, wherein

R is the radical of a drug having formula R-T 1 -H or R-T 1 -OH selected from the group of cardiovascular drugs consisting of:

ACE-inhibitors: captopril, enalapril, lisinopril, losartan and ramipril;

beta blockers: alprenolol, atenolol, bupranolol, labetalol, metipranolol, metoprolol, pindolol, propanolol, timolol;

antithrombotic and vasoactive drugs: argatroban, clopidogrel, dipyridamole, iloprost, ozagrel, triflusal;

antidiabetic drugs: nicotinamide, tolrestat;

T 1 =(CO) or X wherein:

X=O, S, N, NR 1C

wherein R 1C is H or a linear or branched C 1 -C 5 alkyl,

B=-T B -X 2 -T BI - wherein

T B and T BI are equal or different, are

T B =(CO) when T 1 is X, T B =X when T 1 is (CO), X being as above defined;

T BI =(CO) or X, X being as above defined;

X 2 is a bivalent bridging group between T B and T B1 , wherein -T B -X 2 -T BI - is selected from:

T C =(CO) when T B1 is X, or

T C =X when T B1 is (CO), X being as above defined;

Y is Y 0 =an alkylenoxy group R′O wherein R′ is linear or branched C 1 -C 20 alkyl.

2. A method for the treatment of pathologies associated with stress oxidative and/or endothelial dysfunction comprising administering compounds or salts according to claim 1 .

3. Pharmaceutical formulation containing as active principle the compounds or salts thereof of claim 1 .
