Abstract

This invention relates to compounds of the Formula (I): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or isomer thereof, which can be useful for the treatment of diseases or conditions mediated by MMPs, TNF-α or combinations thereof.

Claims (5)

1. A compound selected from the group consisting of:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or isomer thereof.

2. A compound according to claim 1 , which is selected from the group consisting of

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or isomer thereof.

3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable addition salt or isomer thereof, in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
