A new and distinct cultivar of Calibrachoa plant named ‘USCALI53M’, characterized by its semi-upright to cascading plant habit; freely branching habit; freely flowering habit; relatively large yellow and dark red bi-colored flowers; and tolerance to rain and low and high temperatures.
