Abstract

Monoclonal antibodies that specifically bind to ANGPTL4 are provided. Monoclonal antibodies that neutralize at least one activity of ANGPTL4 are provided. Methods of treating a disorder of lipid metabolism using neutralizing monoclonal antibodies are provided.

Claims (4)

1. A monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to ANGPTL4 and neutralizes at least one activity of ANGPTL4, wherein the antibody binds to a peptide of SEQ ID NO: 40.

2. A monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to ANGPTL4 and neutralizes at least one activity of ANGPTL4, wherein the antibody binds to a peptide of SEQ ID NO: 41.

3. A monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to ANGPTL4 and neutralizes at least one activity of ANGPTL4, wherein the antibody binds to a peptide of SEQ ID NO: 43.

4. A monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to ANGPTL4 and neutralizes at least one activity of ANGPTL4, wherein the antibody binds to a peptide of SEQ ID NO: 41 and binds to a peptide of SEQ ID NO: 43.
