A new and distinct cultivar of Osteospermum plant named ‘Duetibreyech’, characterized by its uniformly mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching growth habit; full and dense plants; freely and early flowering habit; and large inflorescences with yellow-colored ray florets.
