Novel chemokines and 7 transmembrane receptors from mammals, reagents related thereto, including purified proteins, specific antibodies, and nucleic acids encoding the chemokines and receptors are disclosed. Methods of using the chemokines, receptors, reagents and diagnostic kits are also provided.
1. An isolated polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 10.
2. The polypeptide of claim 1 bound to MIP-3α.
3. The polypeptide of claim 1 which is detectably labeled.
4. The polypeptide of claim 3 wherein the label is 125 I.
5. The polypeptide of claim 1 fused to a heterologous protein.
6. The polypeptide of claim 5 wherein the heterologous protein is a member selected from the group consisting of luciferase, bacterial β-galactosidase, trpE, Protein A, β-lactamase, alpha amylase, alcohol dehydrogenase, a FLAG tag, and yeast alpha mating factor.
7. The polypeptide of claim 1 complexed with an antibody.
