MOBILE SEARCH SERVICE DISCOVERY
In embodiments of the present invention improved capabilities are described for receiving a search request from a mobile communication facility and presenting at least one available search category relating to the search query to the mobile communication facility for selection.
1 . A method comprising:
receiving a search request from a mobile communication facility; and
presenting at least one available search category relating to the search request to the mobile communication facility for selection.

22 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the search category is an intranet search category.
23 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the search category is an extranet category.
24 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the search category is a wireless provider category.
25 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one available search category comprises a plurality of available search categories.
26 . The method of claim 25 , wherein the plurality of available search categories are arranged in an order for presentation on the mobile communication facility.
27 . The method of claim 26 , wherein the order is determined by a relevance.
28 . The method of claim 27 , wherein the relevance is based at least in part on information relating to the mobile communication facility.
29 . The method of claim 28 , wherein the information relating to the mobile communication facility is user information.
30 . The method of claim 28 , wherein the information relating to the mobile communication facility is transaction information.
31 . The method of claim 28 , wherein the information relating to the mobile communication facility is location information.
32 . The method of claim 28 , wherein the information relating to the mobile communication facility is user history information.
33 . The method of claim 28 , wherein the information relating to the mobile communication facility is mobile communication facility device information.
34 . The method of claim 27 , wherein the relevance is based at least in part on information relating to a wireless provider.
35 . The method of claim 27 , wherein the relevance is based at least in part on the search request.
36 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one available search category is associated with a search vertical.
