Abstract

The invention provides novel polypeptides and polynucleotides encoding such polypeptides and methods for producing such polypeptides by recombinant techniques. Also provided are methods for utilizing such polypeptides to screen for antibacterial compounds.

Claims (4)

1. An isolated nucleic acid comprising SEQ ID NO: 1 or the complement thereof.

2. An isolated nucleic acid consisting of SEQ ID NO: 1.

3. A vector comprising the isolated polynucleotide of claim 1 .

4. An isolated host cell comprising the vector of claim 3 .
