Tetrahydropyridoethers
View Patent ↗The compound (7R,8R,9R)-2,3-Dimethyl-8-hydroxy-7-(2-methoxyethoxy)-9-phenyl-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-imidazo-[1,2-h] [1,7] naphthyridine inhibits the secretion of gastric acid.
1. The compound (7R,8R,9R)-2,3-Dimethyl-8-hydroxy-7-(2-methoxyethoxy)-9-phenyl-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-imidazo-[1,2-h][1,7] naphthyridine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound (7R,8R,9R)-2,3-Dimethyl-8-hydroxy-7-(2-methoxyethoxy)-9-phenyl-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-imidazo[1,2-h][1,7] naphthyridine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary or excipient.
3. A method of inhibiting acid secretion in a patient comprising administering to a patient in need thereof, the compound (7R,8R,9R)-2,3-Dimethyl-8-hydroxy-7-(2-methoxyethoxy)-9-phenyl-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-imidazo-[1,2-h][1,7] naphthyridine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
