Abstract

The present invention relates to optimized Fc variants, methods for their generation, and antibodies and Fc fusions comprising optimized Fc variants.

Claims (2)

1 . A variant protein comprising an Fc variant of a wild-type Fc polypeptide, said Fc variant comprising at least one amino acid modification in the Fc region of said wild-type Fc polypeptide, wherein said variant protein exhibits altered binding to an Fc□R as compared to the wild-type Fc polypeptide.
