Abstract
The invention relates to thiophene carboxamides of formula (I), wherein A, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , n and X are as defined in the specification, processes and intermediates used in their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in therapy.
Claims (2)
1. A compound which is 2-[(Aminocarbonyl)amino]-5-[2-(pyrrolidin-3-yloxy)phenyl]-3-thiophenecarboxamide; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound which is 2-[(Aminocarbonyl)amino]-5-[2-(pyrrolidin-3-yloxy)phenyl]-3-thiophenecarboxamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in association with a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, diluent or carrier.
