Abstract

The present invention aims at providing an antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film exhibiting excellent antistatic effect, optical properties, and water resistance and having excellent adhesion between the antistatic layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. An antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film, the optical film having an antistatic layer laminated on at least one side of the optical film, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer further laminated on the antistatic layer, wherein the antistatic layer comprises a conductive polymer and a sulfonic acid compound as raw material components, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed of an acryl-based pressure-sensitive adhesive containing nitrogen.

Claims (24)

1. An antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film, the optical film having an antistatic layer laminated on at least one side of the optical film, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer further laminated on the antistatic layer,

wherein the antistatic layer comprises a water soluble or water dispersible polythiophene conductive polymer and a sulfonic acid compound as raw material components, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed of an acryl-based pressure-sensitive adhesive containing nitrogen,

wherein the optical film is selected from the group consisting of a polarizing plate, a retardation plate, an optical compensation film, a brightness enhancement film, and a laminate thereof,

wherein a base polymer of the acryl-based pressure-sensitive adhesive containing nitrogen is a copolymer of a monomer containing nitrogen and an acryl-based monomer, or a mixture of a polymer containing nitrogen and an acryl-based polymer,

wherein the polymer containing nitrogen comprises the monomer containing nitrogen,

wherein the monomer containing nitrogen is N-acryloylmorpholine,

wherein the antistatic layer is on and in direct contact with the optical film, and

wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is on and in direct contact with the antistatic layer.

2. The antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film according to claim 1 , wherein the sulfonic acid compound is a water soluble sulfonic acid compound.

3. The antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film according to claim 1 , wherein the antistatic layer comprises 100 to 300 parts by weight of the sulfonic acid compound with respect to 100 parts by weight of the conductive polymer.

4. The antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film according to claim 1 , wherein the acryl-based pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises the copolymer of a monomer containing nitrogen and an acryl-based monomer.

5. The antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film according to claim 1 , wherein the acryl-based pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises the mixture of a polymer containing nitrogen and an acryl-based polymer.

6. The antistatic pressure-sensitive optical film according to claim 5 , wherein the polymer containing nitrogen is present at 0.5 to 50 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the acryl-based polymer.

7. The antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film according to claim 1 , wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer consists of a single pressure sensitive adhesive layer, wherein the acryl-based pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises an acrylic copolymer, and wherein the acrylic copolymer does not contain a carboxyl group-containing monomer.

8. The antistatic pressure-sensitive optical film according to claim 1 , wherein the optical film and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are the outermost layers of the antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film.

9. An image viewing display using at least one of the antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film according claim 1 .

10. An antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film comprising:

(a) an optical film;

(b) an antistatic layer, comprising a conductive polymer and a sulfonic acid compound as raw material components, laminated on at least one side of the optical film; and

(c) a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, comprising an acryl-based pressure-sensitive adhesive containing nitrogen, laminated on the antistatic layer,

wherein the antistatic layer is on and in direct contact with the optical film, and

wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is on and in direct contact with the antistatic layer.

11. The antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film according to claim 10 , wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer consists of a single pressure sensitive adhesive layer, wherein the acryl-based pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises an acrylic copolymer, and wherein the acrylic copolymer does not contain a carboxyl group-containing monomer.
