View Patent ↗The invention concerns a method and a reagent kit for detecting cells in a biological sample using a double-fluorescence technique and the diagnostic and therapeutic application of amino acid sequence-specific antibodies against the urokinase receptor having a high affinity for tumour cell-expressed receptors.
1. An isolated, recombinant polypeptide, comprising

2. The isolated, recombinant polypeptide according to claim 1 , wherein said polypeptide is an scFv antibody fragment.
3. The isolated, recombinant polypeptide according to claim 1 , wherein said polypeptide is a humanized antibody fragment.
4. The isolated, recombinant polypeptide according to claim 1 , wherein said polypeptide is coupled to an effector group.
