Aryl sulfonamides
The present invention relates to compounds that modulate various chemokine receptors. These compounds are useful for treating inflammatory and immune diseases.

2. A composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a compound of claim 1 .
3. The compound of claim 1 , wherein Ar 1 is substituted or unsubstituted phenyl.

The compound of claim 1 , wherein Ar 2 has 0 to 4 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, unsubstituted or substituted C 1-6 alkyl, unsubstituted or substituted C 2-6 alkenyl, unsubstituted or substituted C 2-6 alkynyl, ═O, —CN, —NO 2 —OR 7 , —C(O)R 7 , —C(O)NR 8 R 9 , —NR 7 C(O)R 8 , —NR 8 R 9 , —S(O)R 7 , —S(O) 2 R 7 , —S(O) 2 NR 8 R 9 , —NR 7 S(O) 2 R 8 , —OC(O)R 7 , —CO 2 R 7 , —OC(O)NR 8 R 9 , —NR 7 C(O)NR 8 R 9 , —NR 7 CO 2 R 8 , unsubstituted or substituted 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl and a unsubstituted or substituted 3- to 7-membered heterocyclyl.
