4. The compound of claim 1 wherein R d is methyl.
5. The compound of claim 1 wherein R d is tert-butyl.
6. The compound of claim 2 wherein R d is methyl.
7. The compound of claim 2 wherein R d is tert-butyl.
8. The compound of claim 3 wherein R d is methyl.
9. The compound of claim 3 wherein R d is tert-butyl.
10. A compound having the structure:
wherein R d is C 1 -C 10 alkyl.
11. The compound of claim 10 wherein R d is methyl.
12. A compound having the structure:
