Apparatus, system, and method for maintaining a persistent data state on a communications network

1. A method, comprising:

generating a user session key based on a user IP address, wherein the user session key is uniquely associated with a user and is imbedded in a webpage associated with session information;

providing the session information, wherein the session information comprises at least one entry to a web form segment data field; and

associating the session information with the session key.

2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising storing the user session key.

3. The method of claim 2 , further comprising storing the user session information.

4. The method of claim 3 , wherein storing the user session information includes an association with the user session key.

5. The method of claim 3 , wherein storing the user session key includes an association with the information.

6. A system, comprising:

means for generating a user session key based on a user IP address, wherein the user session key is uniquely associated with a user and is imbedded in a webpage associated with session information;

means for the providing session information, wherein the session information comprises at least one entry to a web form segment data field;

means for associating the session information with the session key.

7. The system of claim 6 , further comprising a means for storing the user session key.

8. The system of claim 6 , further comprising a means for storing the user session information.

9. The system of claim 8 , wherein storing the user session information includes an association with the user session key.

10. The system of claim 7 , wherein storing the user session key includes an association with the information.

11. A computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the program, comprising:

a module generating a user session key based on a user IP address, wherein the user session key is uniquely associated with a user and is imbedded in a webpage associated with session information;

a module providing the session information, wherein the session information comprises at least one entry to a web form segment data field;

a module associating the session information with the session key.

12. The medium of claim 11 , further comprising a module storing the user session key.

13. The medium of claim 11 , further comprising a module storing the user session information.

14. The medium of claim 13 , wherein the module storing the user session information includes an association with the user session key.

15. The medium of claim 12 , wherein the module storing the user session key includes an association with the information.

16. An apparatus, comprising:

a processor;

a storage medium, communicatively connected to the processor; and

a program, stored in the storage medium, comprising:

a module generating a user session key based on a user IP address, wherein the user session key is uniquely associated with a user and is imbedded in a webpage associated with session information;

a module providing the session information, wherein the session information comprises at least one entry to a web form segment data field;

a module associating the session information with the session key.

17. The apparatus of claim 16 , further comprising a module storing the user session key.

18. The apparatus of claim 16 , further comprising a module storing the user session information.

19. The apparatus of claim 18 , wherein the module storing the user session information includes an association with the user session key.

20. The apparatus of claim 17 , wherein the module storing the user session key includes an association with the information.

21. A method, comprising:

generating a user session key based on a user IP address, wherein the user session key is uniquely associated with a user and is imbedded in a webpage associated with session information;

providing the user session key;

storing the user session key.

22. A system, comprising:

means for generating a user session key based on a user IP address, wherein the user session key is uniquely associated with a user and is imbedded in a webpage associated with session information;

means for providing the user session key;

means for storing the user session key.

23. A computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the program, comprising:

a module to generating a user session key based on a user IP address, wherein the user session key is uniquely associated with a user and is imbedded in a webpage associated with session information;

a module providing the user session key;

a module storing the user session key.

24. An apparatus, comprising:

a processor;

a storage medium, communicatively connected to the processor; and

a program, stored in the storage medium, comprising:

a module generating a user session key based on a user IP address, wherein the user session key is uniquely associated with a user and is imbedded in a webpage associated with session information;

a module providing the user session key;

a module storing the user session key.

25. A method, comprising:

providing session information, including at least one entry to a web form segment data field, based on a current corresponding session key, wherein the current corresponding session key is generated based on a user IP address, wherein the current corresponding session key is uniquely associated with a user, and wherein the current corresponding session key is imbedded in a webpage associated with the session information;

storing provided session information.

26. The method of claim 25 , further comprising recalling of session information specified by traversal.

27. The method of claim 25 , wherein storage of the provided session information includes a user session key.

28. The method of claim 25 , further comprising verifying of provided session information.

29. A system, comprising:

a processor means for providing session information, including at least one entry to a web form segment data field, based on a current corresponding session key, wherein the current corresponding session key is generated based on a user IP address, wherein the current corresponding session key is uniquely associated with a user, and wherein the current corresponding session key is imbedded in a webpage associated with the session information;

a processor means for storing provided session information.

30. The system of claim 29 , further comprising a processor means for recalling of session information specified by traversal.

31. The system of claim 29 , wherein storage of the provided session information includes a user session key.

32. The system of claim 29 , further comprising a processor means for verifying of provided session information.

33. A computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the program, comprising:

a module providing session information, including at least one entry to a web form segment data field, based on a current corresponding session key, wherein the current corresponding session key is generated based on a user IP address, wherein the current corresponding session key is uniquely associated with a user, and wherein the current corresponding session key is imbedded in a webpage associated with the session information;

a module storing provided session information.

34. The medium of claim 33 , further comprising a module recalling session information specified by traversal.

35. The medium of claim 33 , wherein storage of the provided session information includes a user session key.

36. The medium of claim 33 , further comprising a module verifying of provided session information.

37. An apparatus, comprising:

a processor;

a storage medium, communicatively connected to the processor; and

a program, stored in the storage medium, comprising:

a module providing session information, including at least one entry to a web form segment data field, based on a current corresponding session key, wherein the current corresponding session key is generated based on a user IP address, wherein the current corresponding session key is uniquely associated with a user, and wherein the current corresponding session key is imbedded in a webpage associated with the session information;

a module storing provided session information.

38. The apparatus of claim 37 , further comprising a module recalling session information specified by traversal.

39. The apparatus of claim 37 , wherein storage of the provided session information includes a user session key.

40. The apparatus of claim 37 , further comprising a module verifing of provided session information.
