Active energy ray curable resin composition and sheet-like optical article
View Patent ↗An active energy ray curable resin composition for a sheet-like optical article capable of providing a cured material having a dynamic elastic modulus at 25° C. of 950 MPa or less and a dynamic elastic modulus at 60° C. of 100 MPa or more and a sheet-like optical article prepared from the resin composition are disclosed. The sheet-like optical article (e.g., prism sheet) has good heat resistance and extremely small warpage.
1. An active energy ray curable resin composition for a sheet-shaped optical article comprising
(A) a urethane acrylate compound obtained by reacting hexamethylene diisocyanate, an isocyanurate triisocyanate compound prepared by trimerizing hexamethylene diisocyanate, 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate and pentaerythritol triacrylate,
(B) a di(meth)acrylate compound containing no urethane bond and containing two (meth)acryloyl groups in the molecule and
(C) a radical photopolymerization initiator, and
which is capable of providing a cured material having a dynamic elastic modulus at 25° C. of 950 MPa or less and a dynamic elastic modulus at 60° C. of 100 MPa or more, and
in which strong acid is contained at a concentration of less than 100 ppm.
2. A sheet-shaped optical article prepared using an active energy ray curable resin composition, wherein the active energy ray curable resin composition comprises
(A) a urethane acrylate compound obtained by reacting hexamethylene diisocyanate, an isocyanurate triisocyanate compound prepared by trimerizing hexamethylene diisocyanate, 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate and pentaerythritol triacrylate,
(B) a di(meth)acrylate compound containing no urethane bond and containing two (meth)acryloyl groups in the molecule and
(C) a radical photopolymerization initiator, and
which is capable of providing a cured material having a dynamic elastic modulus at 25° C. of 950 MPa or less and a dynamic elastic modulus at 60° C. of 100 MPa or more.
3. The active energy ray curable resin composition for a sheet-shaped optical article according to claim 1 , further comprising (D) a compound having a polymerizable double bond group in the molecule in addition to components (A) to (C).
