Method of modulating the activity of functional immune molecules to CXCR4 protein
View Patent ↗The invention relates to a method for controlling the activity of an immunologically functional molecule, such as an antibody, a protein, a peptide or the like, an agent of promoting the activity of an immunologically functional molecule, and an immunologically functional molecule having the promoted activity.
1. An antibody composition comprising antibody molecules, wherein 100% of the antibody molecules comprising a Fc region comprising complex N-glycoside-linked sugar chains bound to the Fc region through N-acetylglucosamines of the reducing terminal of the sugar chains do not contain sugar chains with a fucose bound to the N-acetylglucosamines, and wherein said antibody molecules bind to a CXCR4 protein.
2. The antibody composition according to claim 1 , wherein the antibody molecules are selected from the group consisting of (a), (b) and (c);
(a) human antibodies;
(b) humanized antibodies;
(c) antibody fragments.
3. The antibody composition according to claim 1 , wherein the antibody molecules belong to an IgG class.
