Educational system and method having virtual classrooms
A system for instruction a student comprises an online learning system having one or more nodes that creates a learning session at a session start time. The online learning node creates a learning environments having a virtual classroom such that at the virtual class room, at least one student can view the activity associated with at least one other student with or without teacher involvement. A database stores one or more matching parameters for matching on or more students with one or more teachers. A matching node selects a teacher for a plurality of students for the online learning session based on the one or more matching parameters. The online learning node places the plurality of students in the virtual class room after the matching node matches the teacher and one or more students and prior to the session start time. According to another aspect, the virtual classroom is created between a first online learning session and a second online learning session scheduled for a student consecutively.
1 . A system for instruction a student comprising:
an online learning system having one or more nodes that creates a learning session at a session start time, wherein the online learning node creates a learning environments having a virtual classroom, wherein at the virtual class room, at least one student can view the activity associated with at least one other student with or without teacher involvement;
a database that stores one or more matching parameters for matching on or more students with one or more teachers; and
a matching node that selects a teacher for a plurality of students for the online learning session based on the one or more matching parameters; wherein the online learning node places the plurality of students in the virtual class room after the matching node matches the teacher and one or more students and prior to the session start time.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein said virtual classroom is created between a first online learning session and a second online learning session scheduled for a student consecutively.
3 . The system of claim 1 further including:
a database that stores one or more matching parameters for matching on or more students with one or more teachers; and
a matching node that selects a teacher for a plurality of students for the online learning session based on the one or more matching parameters; wherein the online learning node places the plurality of students in the virtual class room after the matching node matches the teacher and one or more students and prior to the session start time.
4 . The system of claim 3 , wherein the one or more matching parameters relate at least one of a preference attribute, one or more responsible authority attributes, teacher qualification parameter associated with the student/teacher ratio of one or more learning sessions.
5 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more responsible authority attributes relate to teacher certification, compliance with rules or regulations, teacher skill, security clearance by a governmental or non-governmental agency, fields of education, or immunization for one or more diseases.
6 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more teacher preference attributes relate to one or attributes associated with at least one of students' preference, responsible authority's preference or a teacher preference.
7 . The system of claim 6 , wherein a teacher is categorized relative to a student's or responsible authority's preferences in terms of preferred, not-preferred, or avoid.
8 . The system of claim 6 , wherein a student is categorized relative to a teacher's preferences in terms of preferred, not-preferred, or avoid.
9 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the teacher qualification parameter is related to qualitative or qualitative teacher qualification measure.
10 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the quantitative qualification measure related to at least one of learning sessions taught by the teacher or a test score associated with teaching skills.
11 . The system of claim 9 , the qualitative teacher qualification measure relates to teacher certification or peer review.
12 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the student/teacher ratio is associated with a corresponding qualification score and wherein the qualification score is associated with a qualification rule for teaching a learning session with a corresponding student/teacher ratio.
13 . A system for instruction a student comprising:
an online learning system having one or more nodes that creates a learning session at a session start time, wherein the online learning node creates a learning environments having a virtual classroom, wherein at the virtual class room, at least one student can view the activity associated with at least one other student with or without teacher involvement, wherein said virtual classroom is created between a first online learning session and a second online learning session scheduled for a student consecutively.
14 . The system of claim 13 further including:
a database that stores one or more matching parameters for matching on or more students with one or more teachers; and
a matching node that selects a teacher for a plurality of students for the online learning session based on the one or more matching parameters; wherein the online learning node places the plurality of students in the virtual class room after the matching node matches the teacher and one or more students and prior to the session start time.
15 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the one or more matching parameters relate at least one of a preference attribute, one or more responsible authority attributes, teacher qualification parameter associated with the student/teacher ratio of one or more learning sessions,

The system of claim 15 , wherein the one or more responsible authority attributes relate to teacher certification, compliance with rules or regulations, teacher skill, security clearance by a governmental or non-governmental agency, fields of education, or immunization for one or more diseases.
17 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the one or more teacher preference attributes relate to one or attributes associated with at least one of students' preference, responsible authority's preference or a teacher preference.
18 . The system of claim 17 , wherein a teacher is categorized relative to a student's or responsible authority's preferences in terms of preferred, not-preferred, or avoid.
19 . The system of claim 17 , wherein a student is categorized relative to a teacher's preferences in terms of preferred, not-preferred, or avoid.
20 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the teacher qualification parameter is related to qualitative or qualitative teacher qualification measure.
21 . The system of claim 20 , wherein the quantitative qualification measure related to at least one of learning sessions taught by the teacher or a test score associated with teaching skills.
22 . The system of claim 20 , the qualitative teacher qualification measure relates to teacher certification or peer review.
23 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the student/teacher ratio is associated with a corresponding qualification score and wherein the qualification score is associated with a qualification rule for teaching a learning session with a corresponding student/teacher ratio.
