Abstract

Disclosed are novel piperazine derivatives that act as agonists of the α7 nAChR. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions, methods of treating inflammatory conditions, methods of treating CNS disorders, methods for inhibiting cytokine release from mammalian cells and methods for the preparation of the novel compounds.

Claims (2)

1. A compound 2-(2-((pyridin-3-yloxy)methyl)piperazin-1-yl)oxazolo[4,5-b]pyridine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound 2-(2-((pyridin-3-yloxy)methyl)piperazin-1-yl)oxazolo[4,5-b]pyridine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
